Plastic Injection Beach Chair Mould Production Process:

1. Choose the right raw materials

The production of plastic chairs mainly uses polymer materials such as ABS, PP, PE, and PA. These materials are non-toxic, odorless, corrosion-resistant, high-strength, and good fatigue resistance, and are very suitable as furniture materials in the fields of home and park.

 

2. Injection molding

First, the plastic particles are heated and melted by the injection molding machine, and then injection molded in the mold. The injection molding process requires the molten plastic to be injected into the mold to form a chair model. The mold usually consists of two parts, and the upper and lower molds are connected to the two ends of the injection molding machine respectively.

 

3. Subsequent processing

1. Deburring: After injection molding, burrs and defects are usually left on the surface of the chair. Therefore, professional tools are needed to remove burrs and other defects on the chair.

2. Painting: In order to make the color of the chair more beautiful, wear-resistant, and moisture-proof, the chair needs to be painted. When spraying, the surface of the chair needs to be polished smooth with sandpaper before spraying.

3. Base assembly: Connect and fix the chair legs and seat surface. This is the last link. After completion, the plastic chair can be put in for use.
