4.What kind of molds do you make? Plastic injection mold, Die casting mold or something else?
We are mainly making plastic mold injection. Sometimes we also make Die casting mold and stamping molds according to our customer’s requirements.

6.How long is the lead-time for a plastic injection mold?
It all depends on the mold’s size and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 25_45 days. If the Plastic Mouldings are very simple and not big size, we can work out within 15 days.

7.What factors are related to mold making?
1. Design drawing, it must check if there is any problem of uneven wall thickness, slope and other problem;
2. Mold design and raw material purchase;
3. The quantity and quality of the mold making equipment;
4. Mold matching, mold assembly and trial mold;
5. Surface treatment;
6. Revise after trial mold;

8.What is the qualcompanyity control of your ?
Our company has the system certification of ISO9001. We have special product measurement room, and have very professional testing & measuring equipment. We do raw material incoming inspection, in-process product quality control and outgoing goods quality control.

9.How you do the quality control?
1. Materials inspection by IQC;
2. The first sample inspected by QC, QC will do over check as per the parameters list and critical dimensions requested by customers, to decide if it can go ahead for production;
3. During processing, our IPQC will check the injection molded parts every 2 hours, ensure no any rejects;
4. FQC will check the products before sending to the warehouse;
5. 100% inspected by OQC before shipping out.

10.How to pack the moulds and products?
1. For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then also will be covered thin films on the mould, finally pack into fumigation wooden case.
2. And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customer’s request to pack.
